Moving Spellweave Bar

How do you move it? Tried a few things in interface options but no luck.

If I remember right, you can't.

I asked about it some years ago. As fas as I remember, the answer was that the Spellweave UI is not part of the regular UI and is hardcoded into the game.

I think the only thing you can change is the orientation from Vertical to Horizontal (and maybe size). Not positive.
