Update 4.10 Consolidated feedback thread

Since Funcom is planning on launching some very basic and incomplete systems (Challenges, Raid Finder), I sincerely hope time in the next few months is actually spent to upgrade them to what they should have been instead of shelving them and ignoring them for the next decade.

We do unfortunately know what to expect based on prior systems Funcom has implemented. Everything will stay as is pretty much forever.
