No, we do not. I thought the same when I started to play Age of Conan, but not anymore.
1. You need combination of unique classes every time.
2. You need to look into character levels while forming a group.
3. You need to check the gear and class of members and fill the group with balanced players according to gear.
4. You need to know whether some players are experienced or not.
5. You always have people whom you would never want to see in your group.
6. Finding a group through current LFG or public channels shows no difficulty.
7. You need to replace members who leave for one reason or another during dungeon runs.
- Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
- remove membership bonuses;
- disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
- remove WBs forever on Crom;
- slow down the AA gain;
- lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
- remove AoE looting;
- add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
- fix the 250+ms ping;
- take the key away from Saddur;
- revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
- remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.
OR-An updated tool where you can list your charracter. For example if you want to do vile, fort and palace you choose those instances in a list, then someone can organize the group by inviting the classes he thinks would be the best.
That would be nice, especially for some dungeons hard to find people in Fury like Iron Tower

1. Yes, that exactly shows how badly some places are designed!
2. That's why we have levels, in other mmos, you can't sign up to a queue once you are above a dungeon level.
3. That's why other mmos have gear levels.
4. Anyone can ******** about their xp.
5. That's why other mmos have kick voting, kicked person is teleported right away from the instance.
6. Yes, for people who finds it foolish to spam 24/7.
7. That's how dungeon queue works: leavers are replaced once someone else signs in.
I'm afraid AoC is bit too complicated (protection/armour wise) for dungeons queues.

like hell
Yes this. Problem isn't having one, it's what options you can select.
I play alot of TSW and it people outright lie about their gear and you can only check if they are near you or grouped. If you kick them giving this as reason you feel like an arse although it is their fault.

A bocor creates a zombie by walking to his victim's house backward. He sucks out the person's soul through an opening in the door, then quickly blows it in a bottle which is then sealed. Without a soul, the victim wastes away and dies and after burial, the bocur digs up the body and casts a spell over it.

LOVE YOUR DEVELOPERS, THEY'RE REAL PEOPLE TOO.
I have to say I agree with Mr Asylum. People like to fine tune their groups in their own way. The best way to do it is in an active guild.
We often switch classes for certain dungeons, sometimes for the gear which is needed and often for other reasons and this is simple, quick and generally pain free ( ) within a guild group all on voicecom.
