Utilizing a whole functioning guild with hundreds of players is different then being able to play with 8 players and have an a-team whenever you play. We play with the characters we have regardless of their skill and composition in a group; and I think that should be taken into account.

We are the only guild in the top 20 with focus on more pvp than pve. Also been the first and only us guild for weeks and the only one to take and hold a bk.

okay that's great, it means you have numbers. Use them there were some decent players you guys had from EU side use them. As for premades our side has 1-2 people online. we grab whatever we can find. You have a pool of options. Work as a guild.
