So much more dynamic that made this game amazing. (It still is amazing don't get me wrong)

Different game. World pvp is more about the group dynamics, developing love/hate relationships with other guilds, fighting at a numerical disadvantage against lesser skilled players or (vice versa) getting together with friends to defeat a smaller number of better geared/skilled attackers. But that is difficult to capture in a video, where all you see is a good player with gear farming some ungeared keyboard-turning noobs. That's why on video (but not necessarily in game), a competitive premade is just much more interesting.

But at this point, any clip showing how awesome AoC used to be is much appreciated

I love open world pvp in AoC. More even than premades to be honest. I mean you can get an experience similar to premades in other games, even if the combat is different of course. But the open world pvp experience in AoC is really unlike anything else out there. There is nothing that I am more nostalgic about.

But these days... yeah, once in a while you might still have some decent open world pvp on either server but it's rare and I don't sit ingame every day anymore so it's easy to miss it.
