I just noticed the last server restart messages were written by Spynosaur.
Did we get a new Community Manager ? Did Andy resign ? What is happening ?

They were hiring a community manager some week back.

What I wonder is why do they keep taking away all the customer support representatives with some sort of competence (becoming community managers)

Must have gotten a promotion. They were a GM Supervisor I believe, and the only competent GM at that.

Tried to ask if this meant we were getting a new GM but didnt get a response so took that as a no.

Hopefully support doesnt suffer too much as Spyno was always great whenever I needed help.

There are still and at least four GM's that deal with petitions - spyno, odo, umborls (first time I've seen - should probably apologize to him one of these days) and another one which I never remember.

Those people are the best thing Funcom still has to offer to the Age of Conan Community. Sadly they can't do more.
