This leads to the guild farm the events while others have no chance to participate and never win any of the events while they are farming the events all night.
It is definitely unfair advantage to those that aren't high enough PvP level.

PVP festival can probably be improved.
That said, I do not agree at all to remove the PVP festival.
The PVP is already very poor ...

PvP Festival is the last place in this game where strong PvP-rs forming premades and by using TeamSpeak can farm other noobs.
I don't think it's a great problem, if someone does not get another pet or empty title. The true PvP-rs come here just to get fun.

It's content for hardcore PvP-rs like raid/dungeon speed runs are designed for hardcore PvE-rs. Here it is not possible to obtain an exclusive stuff, which would affect the balance of the game. All the other players can get the same in less painful way by joining random minis. Therefore, the interest in the PvP Festival has never been a lot. Only some fanatics gather here.

Are you seriously demanding to remove content now, that the powerfull used and abused it to level their alts? Sounds selfish to me (just as certain people on fury who did all to keep the festival exclusive to the powerfull). What you describe is the natural outcome of the chosen design for the quests and festival.

In order to up date PVP festival, I ask funcom to give you a buff of permanent "bounty" in all hyboria during one* week

Funcom can revamp PvP festival and make many good thing with it, but they don't have resources and money for it. And PvP festival lack of players. More players = better chances what Funcom do something with it.

Funcom did everything wrong with bloodshed festival what one can do wrong. On Crom you have the 3 battlefields which are so unbelievable boring. On Fury there are 6 battlefields on festivalweek inside the openworld content which makes the event really attractive with a thrill when you have to fight in an instance with mobs level 78-80 like in common district. Both battlefields on fury and crom have large places where arena events take place, that large that a few people can farm their alts without getting detected by other players. This ruined fun and competition in arena events, so players stopped playing arena and further stopped taking part of event week. Funcom should have taken action right at the beginning just with placing GMs on every active event to let the games be fair. But FC failed again.
Could you imagine what becomes of a footballgame, soccer match or anything elese without referee?
The train left long ago and pvp event week is just a memory of a good idea.

If there were enough people then it would not happen. In this case, would not be simple the domination of one group too. But if the content is generated as an interesting only a narrow circle of people, then it is to deal with the consequences.
