Serpents Head Inn in Khemi used to be a good spot for contacting RPers but due a lot of scenarios going on at the moment many are 'locked' in various instances

All depending on what sort of RP you prefer I may be able to point you in the right direction

same people used to make you RP to join their groups or roll for loot...
