Funcom is currently on the lookout for fluent French speaking customer support representatives for our office in Zurich. The position reports to Funcom's Customer support Manager; with responsibility for the roles of customer support (in game/email/billing) and community building to provide world class support of our products (MMORPGs and Mobile supports).

Required knowledge:
  • Fluent French skills, both written and oral
  • Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Customer support policies, techniques, and procedures
  • Highly organized
  • Good people skills
  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Flexibility with scheduling


Preferred knowledge:
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for MMORPGs
  • Knowledge of working in a global thinking environment
  • 2 or more year's customer support experience within the online computer games entertainment industry
  • Above average IT skills
  • Practical familiarity with French culture
