The bottom row of a French keyboard is (between the left and right Shift keys):

    <wxcvbn,;:!

    In CAPSLOCK:

    <WXCVBN?./§.

    Hope this helps.

In case it helps, the shortcut for switching between Windows input languages is Alt+Shift. This drove me nuts many years ago until I figured it out.
