Guardian Polearm combo rotation

I am a returning to Age of Conan after a long absence. Highest level character I have is the Guardian (level 70).
I have always run with the Sword and Shield setup.
Now trying the Pole-arm in Frenzy mode for the first time.
It feels like I have a spell caster grouped with me with the speed I defeat opponents.
What rotation do you recommend for smooth combat?

Combos and Abilities are:
Flashing Arc VII
Guard V
Disable II
Stagger III
Bloody Vengeance
Cunning Deflection
Reckoning
Disarming Aggression
Volcanic Rage

Also:
Charge
Irritate
Overwhelming Shout

if you are leveling try to be in frenzymode as much as you can, if its too many mobs and u feel you die fast, then use your ccs, its all about staying in frenzy as much as u can. If its alot of mobs then turn around and use overwealming shout backwards (making it a aoe stun and not a fear), then use stormstrike + reckoning for a rly hard hitting aoe dmg. other then that, use your knockbacks both on sword and shield and polearm so u can stay more frenzy And if u fight bosses u can switch to sword and shield to use guard destroyer, then switch back, for debuff. good luck!
