Hi. I was wondering, do I need to get the full premium membership in order to access the Rise of the Godslayer content or buying the expansion will automatically lets me access the content for an unlimited time?

You no longer need a premium membership to access rise of the godslayer content, You need only purchase the expansion pack.

The gold cap for ftp is still low enough that you can't buy all the gear that sells. I don't remember how much things costs because I've never done ftp.

F2P is capped at 10 gold

Faction Armor can cost up to 12 gold
Wpn/Acc up to 14 gold
Dungeon Armor up to 16 gold

You dont ever need to worry about gold caps if you prefer pvp
