Game Updates

Hello all

I logged in to check on game updates (Bug fixes and such), and say a gold spammer post:
"New New New!! BOOST YOUR RARE TROPHIES AND GET EPIC KITAI GEAR ONLY AT ***.
[NPH] [*******]: ONLY 25€ FOR 50 RARE TROPHIES - "
(Edited out name and web address)

So I was looking at patch notes and such, and I can find no reference to being able to buy, sell, or trade rare trophies or any other special currency. Am I missing something? Is there a legit way to do this?

If you investigate it, you have to provide them your account information. Not something ideal.

It apparently works like this: You give your account access information (passwort) to the gold seller. He (i. e. a bot or a, I suppose, some Chinese semi-slave) farms rare tokens for you on your character. You then get your character/account back.

Personally, I'd never trust somebody operating in an - at best - semi-legit business like this with my account information. Who knows if they just take all your gold from now - or maybe even later.

Oh, and also, it's frowned upon by Funcom.

it's possible to farm 200 per hour and you don't need to pay anyone. there are so many bugs and exploits in this game it's not even funny.

Sooo ?! Well, 200 what i wonder? MoA, Gold, Millstones, Sabots, Gallbladders, you-name-it...??

I do not care the least how such exploits are beeing executed... but if you really have to
make such bold claims about something, at least make 'em a little more precisely, would you ?

pretty obvious what it's about. use context clues. the thread is clearly about gold sellers selling rare trophies and i think you knew that. you just wanted to bash me because i bashed the game for the enormous amount of bugs and exploits it has.
