ToS isn't one of my mains but I got some of the most used specs.

Aylis, the build you linked is not a bubble spec but a lvl 50 spec.

Here are some of the most common variants of ToS builds. Tempests of Set tend to either spec for full damage, or bubble / utility.

Some dps builds: http://goo.gl/S5AdIB (with Fangs of Set feated) and http://goo.gl/IcUWXV (without Fangs of Set feated).

The bubble build could look like: http://goo.gl/4sXT12

There is no "one" build that covers everything if you want to do what you can do in each encounter at level 80 in raids. Some raids have better use of Fangs of Set than you have of your own bubble. Some raids need you to use Thundering Voice, while other raids has more use of Storm Blood. The three builds above would cover most needs, and if you end up in a raid that you have no experience from or know tactic of, ask and you should receive a task if there is one for ToS.

Key feats on a Tempest of Set:

    Power of the Serpent Ring:
    - This is a 3 second magic bubble. Can be used for immunity against all forms of non physical damage (holy, unholy, fire, lightning, frost).

    Idol of Set's Supremacy:
    - This makes your friends do more damage, and is especially useful if you have Dark Templars or Necromancers in your group.

    Empowered Life of Set:
    - This makes your friends and your friends pets do an additional electric damage hit from their first hit after being affected by your blue heal. Massive damage buff on a group with a Necromancer.

    Set's Life Spark:
    - Well, yeah, gets you back to life when you die.

    Serpents Transmutation:
    - Healing bubble, immune to everything and heals you back up to full health if you take enough damage. Most useful in solo play and PvP I'd think, not so much in raids. Long cooldown (5 minutes).

    Coalesce Ether / Blood mana:
    - Gives mana to your group. Coalesce Ether is a passive buff, and Blood Mana requres you to use it on demand. Put group view to detailed under HUD options and you can see the mana pool of your groupmates. When they are at around 50% mana cast Blood mana and you can see it filling up to max again. All mana users will love you for this.

    Fangs of Set:
    - Works against all bosses I have tested on, gives a 90% miss chance to boss, so in theory a six second bubble for all tanks.

There are others that are good as well, but try to get the ones above in most builds you create.

Here is a good pvp buuble spec, which being new to 80 with low AA and not the best gear you may want to have: http://goo.gl/QWQ2HI .

Static Blood will benefit you a good amount a small bubble when played with constant damage hitting the opponents. The more damage you do, while the small bubble is up, the more you get healed and it is nice to use when kyting melee due to the retributive damage.

*you want staggering voice on your silence (change from build above - bubble)... it makes a huge difference with the slow.

The actual bubble heals you as well and remember it can be used as an offensive spell, not just defensive.

Lightning cast - good utility! Can be used to do instant heal (when lotus is cast afterwards) or instant LS. If you use a combination like Storm Blood, will kill AOEs and provide better mana regain and then cast instant LS it can be a finisher. To be honest I use it a lot more for the instant heal, with kyting, is awesome.

Fangs build, shown above is good, but that is more for when you get to playing the class as a lvl 80 and can have great movement (to be successful) - also gear helps as well.

Just remember, in pvp, to have AOE damage running, debuffs down whenever possible and keep moving. Once you get the basics start using your cc utilities to make it much better to play.

The one with Fangs is the best unless you have no gear, then a bubble build or one with extra CCs would be better. I use a diff variation of them, but my Tos is full t5.

    Heres my fangs build http://goo.gl/NdAuJ2

I use that for just about everything.
