    [Misc] Make the self buff spells instacast. Especially on classes like necro/demo/pom/tos there are great inconsistencies between self buff spells. Some are fairly quick some are 1-2 second long. These are not lost upon death in pvp so casting times make no difference there. The longer casting times are strictly a hassle for pve after deaths.

    [PVE] Make t3 and t3.5 more accessible to people.

    [PVE] Rescale Black Dragon Armor relic costs to be in line with rest of the t3 armor.

    [PVE] Certain Khitai Hard Mode instances are ignored, like Coppice and Jade, make them more accessible by reworking some mechanics.

    [PVP] Give a minigame map where all members are given standard AAs and armor

    [Misc] Steam - Trading Cards
    Please add these for Age Of Conan, they are already in place for TSW & are a great way to actually get people playing via the Steam client, having to actually install a 20GB game & run the exe to get those cards in game Im sure half of them would give it 5 mins at least. Also if you keep the cards "free" rather than make a purchase to access them you will also again increase the numbers, either way Funcom takes a % cut of all trading card sales via the Steam Market so you either make x from saturation or x from the scarcity.

    [Misc] Steam - Weekly Sale
    Every week there is select amount of products involved in the weekly sale, as Age Of Conan funds/marketing are limited why not put it on sale during one of these for your usual -25%. The 'free' exposure from this alone im sure would far outweigh the loss in weekly income via Steam/Valve (If there even is any).

    [PVE] Make Flame, Vortex, Palace HMs, T3, and most NMs harder a bit (start with minor tweaks). Ignore complains with making everything "being more accessible" (easier or cheaper): people do every dungeon, and it is very easy to finish those dungeons with almost any set-up once you learn the tactics; the price for every item in the game is balanced.
    [PVP] Make separate minigames for PVE/PVP (previous statistics for PVP armor so that we can mix PVE and PVP gear, AA dependency) and unchained minigames for PVP players (with the current PVP T3 armor, no AA dependency). Add a visible K/D ratio after that.
    [PVE] Start adjusting World Bosses on PVE servers. Make them appear for 2 days fewer and less frequently.
    [MISC]Fix the central area bug, where the mouse does not react to right-clicking (the small area in the center of the screen is bugged, and it often causes the character to stop moving).
    [MISC]Devote the whole year to fixing bugs.

    • remove membership bonuses;
    • disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
    • remove WBs forever on Crom;
    • slow down the AA gain;
    • lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
    • remove AoE looting;
    • add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
    • fix the 250+ms ping;
    • take the key away from Saddur;
    • revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
    • remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.

    Change Serpents Twist from 10% snare invulnerability to "An ability that dispels all Snare and Root effects, in addition this ability also grants the user 20% movement speed for 5 seconds" Cooldown: 1 Minute This will lead to a move mobile class that moves, well, more serpent like. This will provide the TOS with a Defense against many of the most harmful classes to it (Sin root mostly) In addition it will grant the TOS with some more burst movement to move in close and apply DPS like the melee range AOE caster that it was meant to be.

    [Interface] Can see the time remaining on our funcom bonus points (on the account page or better, in the shop) OR if not possible, make them permanently gained and not a stupid system of fading time that push us to waste points on the old dusty shop you barely update, compared to the TSW one *hint hint*

    - Has Funcom thought about changing the model of the game to that similar or exactly like that of The Secret World (TSW).

    - Make the game Buy to Play instead. Paying for the expansion ( like the TSW issues, or like Turan, ect.)

    - Content updates could be just like TSW. Small in size, but large in content. Where its like a Conan Comic issues, REH stories, or even better, Original-ish concepts.

    - Advertisement, on Youtube I see more TSW adds so perhaps that's something to look into.

    - In addition to the world bosses, an idea of "Zone" events, either being random or scheduled through out the month, based more on Invasion type. Basic ex. Nemedian force attacking town of Wild Lands
    and (after fighting waves or a just one large force) then eventually defeating their General and subsiding the event. In which case can be more epic in nature and add variation.

    [PVE] Coils of Ubah Khan. Shadow Spider Matriarch: Venomous Condition should place a debuff on affected persons that can be removed only from tanks with Resolve. The debuff will increase incoming damage from the next Venomous Condition so that people have to run out.
    Net Sacks should heal the boss if they are not killed within 20-30 seconds so that people have to destroy them.
    [BUG] Matriarch targets some weird target sometimes: xxx---SOMETHING_123---xxx.
    [PVE] Scorpions' Cave HM: The Shah and Scorpion Zealot: make the adds actually reach the bosses if they are placed far.
    [PVE] Caravan Hideout HM: increase gamma twofold for the particle effects of sarcophagi, auras, and skulls in Medjian the Unholy's fight.

    [Crafting] - remove the guild requirement for non-raid crafting but give some penalty for not being in a guild (more materials, need to rent a crafting workbench or the like). Crafting seems like a weird thing to force people into guilds.

    [item shop] - sell an extra resource bag item. Assuming the code isn't a tire fire, this could generate some revenue.
