Is Testlive forum down?

I haven't been able to access the testlive forum today, is it just like that for me or is it down for everyone?

Yeah, the main forum has been down all weekend. TL is still down.

now that these forums are back...is it just me or has everyone got Norwegian instead of English on the some parts of the webpages....eg

Yea, seems it's back. In the other hand we haven't any news about the pvp revamp. Seems all the shitstorm about soldiers have delayed the whole patch.
