Getting horses before level 40?

Hello. I am a level 20. Today in Gateway to Khitai I saw both a level 34 and a level 23 riding horses. I thought you could only do so at level 40?

You can buy a lvl 1 horse mount in the item shop. You can also buy a camel at lvl 20 but its about as fast as a sprinting player even if you sprint with the camel.

I don't know how fast the horse is: has anyone gotten one and compared it to the normal vs fast horse?

I've been told the horse is slower than a normal level 40 mount.

So I would assume it's as fast a camel - the only difference being is you can use it at level 1 as opposed to 20.

Kinda funny how monthly subscribers to TSW get $10 in store credits every month.

I don't know what you mean by "I wish you could buy points". You can buy Funcom points straight off the account page. A camel would cost you around $10 - $20 in Funcom points.

And to reiterate what Vehl already stated the only way you can earn Funcom points ingame is if you're a monthly subscriber. As a monthly subscriber you get 200 Funcom points at the beginning of every month.
