Addendum: I realise that the ignore list is only held at the client but surely it's easy to code it to apply to all characters played from that client, or maybe move it server-side like the friends list.

[MISC] Reserve the world bosses only for the 10th anniversary. Make sure that they have scaled nonepic rewards, scaled exerpience gain (1-1.5 quest values for the level of the boss), that they have various levels to encourage low-level grouping and that level 16 won't be 20 after 1 kill, mandatory raidleading, and fairly complex tactics (not the quickly-made ones).
Additionally, as an entrance celebration fee at the 10th anniversary, make people finish one dungeon of their level.

[MISC] No increased reward weekends like in The Secret World.
When some of us saw the advertisement for double reward weekends for The Secret World in our email boxes, we realized that we shall never buy the game.
Double-reward weekends are a cheap trick that always works both ways: less people play during normal days and some people leave the game or complain because they cannot play on weekends.

[MISC] Halloween rewards: new pets, entirely black cloak, covering all back and neck (like the male cloak in guild cities), and other black clothes available at Oasis of Zaara, Imrian Ravine, and Frost Swamp. No power items (items that increase statistics) like at the last anniversary, please.

[MISC] During the mergences, remove Global completely, and replace it with Global(English), Global(French), Global(Russian), etc. Enforce language rules on each one, and let us choose what Global channels we can see. As we know, Fury is really not a good place for in-character conversations or a social discourse; and this will resolve it.
Leaving Global is not an option, as many of us are too used to it, and it will be littered with spam.

[MISC] Treat 2 lines or more with the same text in a row as spam in the game ONLY if it reoccurs thrice or more. Introduce an automated spam filter for that.

[Interface] The transparency of chat/message window is set once and for all. Should give possibility to save and set Windows transparency for each window independantly.

[Interface] Interface preferences are saved on server, and client version is not used. Should allow to use preferences saved on client side, or to save multiple profiles (for example, keybinds from mobile/desktop are not the same, screen size and positions of extra bars, position of energy and cast bars, Keybinds with english/russian/french keyboards are different, etc... )
