Very similar to Yawgmoth-VDN's spec, basically you trade the increased Chill damage for 72 magic damage, and get aggro reduction as a freebie which still can...

So is it common consensus that Desecrated Blood is better than Sustained Rage? Just wondering, since I don't use Blood for Aid that much in my rotation (yet).
And funnily enough the Khitai rare relics would probably be the one token type where a veteran player would continue to benefit from an increase in gain, since they are required to purchase the blue...
You are also aware that some people use the tool of irony to express their opinion. Maybe, just maybe, Mazraq is one of them? :)
But if they increase the gold cap for f2p players, there is even less of a reason for veteran players to subscribe than there is now.
And part of 'managing aggro' is to get aggro reduction abilities for fights where they are useful ...
Off the top of my head Zaal caster phase, Obsidian Basilisk, Arbanus and Gyas above 50% and the golem adds on the Emperor come to mind as encounters where with less than perfect tanks a necro without...
