Consume a lot of time to one player. And all teams must agree with it. And need some timer... play 1 mini-game, when wait until players read logs... Hard to imagine that. And don't stop cheaters.

I sure Crom have enough crystal clear players for tournament. May be just don't use some players in next tournaments if you don't sure what they can follow fair play?
