Don't forget the infamous 4 silver perk slots Rangers have that allows them to slot Hunting Hawk (silence) and TTS.

Is that even obtainable? I've seen NPCs wear it but have never seen it drop.

I'm not sure why the OP cares anyways. It's not like they log in to raid or play the game in general. All I've seen them do night after night is whine and cry in global about how bad the game is.

Clobber with paralysis specced + one wreck armor is -1800 armor. Far more than 10% on any soldier. Are you saying you want a flat -10% armor debuff skill to add to that?

I have no problem with attaining max pvp level after a considerable amount of time. I have to feel like I'm getting somewhere in the process though.

Keep the max pvp xp the same but make more pvp...
