Came here to say thank-you. It isn't perfect, you do lose minimap and also the minimap when you open the Quest Log, but everything else finally to size.

I'm running on a 4K monitor and it is impossibly small, I've down graded to 2560x1440 but even then things are way to small. I'm not really able to go down any further, the scaling gets way off.
