How do runes work, is there a range aoe that affects my team mates or is directional and what is the range? I don't seem to find any information about this in the tool tips or spells description. Many thanks

what?? even in combat logs it says my rune affected x players. I am talking about rune of aggression, resilience and resistance. The tool tip also says "affects the entire team".

It's groupwide as long as players are not out of sight (lifebars appear grey)

Ah sorry, didnt see it was in the bear shaman forum! My bad :). It is indeed group wise, so if you are in a raid of 4 groups only the 5 in your group plus you get it.
Except for Rune of Grounding, that's for yourself only.
