Vanaheim quests

I cant find any info about these quests in Vanaheim.

I did my first run yesterday and got 5 or 6 quests on cooldown.
Now I got 3 quests off cooldown, but how do I get back into CV night mode?

The npc outside the gate isnt saying anything or wont take me to CV night.

Anyone knows?

Whole new location have cooldown, don't remember correctly, 14 or 20 hours

to kill 4 jarls

I get a quest : to kill 4 jarls
I have killed all mobs in Heimdal fort, and heimdal himself, I don't find the 4 jarls ...
Where are they ?
Someone has an idea ?

The jarls are located on the second floor near the steps leading to the fifth floor, where king aztels stands and a few other locations but this quest seems to be bugged as I have only seen the bosses spawn when the instance is done in single player mode.

I have seen that quest once, when I was in a group of 3 running the hard mode. Everything spawned just fine. Hard to say what the ultimate cause is though, since the occurrences are fairly random for people.
