Veteran tokens and offline levels?

As a subscribed player, how many veteran tokens and offline levels do I receive per month? I assume I get neither of these on f2p.

Veteran tokens
1 - 6 months sub = 6 veteran tokens per month
7 - 12 months sub = 8 veteran tokens per month
13 - 18 months sub = 10 veteran tokens per month
19 - 24 months sub = 12 veteran tokens per month

Offline levels : 1 offline level per 4 sub days

Something weird... I have a 12 month subscription, but my Veteran Tokens reads 84, not 96. So even though I got a year's worth of tokens up front, my total only reflects 7 per month and not 8.

84 is absolutely right.

6*6 + 6*8 = 84.
