Wisdom worthwhile?

Quick random question,

is wisdom worth getting or is it pretty much a dump stat? Thinking of trying to blend some +wis accessories into my gear

If you meet the demands of mitigation / protection you can blend in some wisdom if the mob is voulnerable to magic damage. If in fights like Imp and Igneous (not raid finder versions obviously) there is no point at all.

Is there any reason to take it over, say, Str or Con?

will take str over wisdom, but wisdom over con, more dmg=more hp life tap.

I'll preface this by saying that Wisdom crap is totally unnecessary, it adds some DPS but it does very little for your aggro and you forgo survivability. With that said, you can use Wisdom accessories you just have to find the balance so that you can still survive without being a burden for your healers, in general with a tali spec about 53% mitigation is the minimum you want to be at assuming the encounter is not too demanding ie; most 6 mans/T4.
