The main problem is you are using Norton Lol.
Uninstall that crap and get lifetime license of Malwarebytes Premium.

I like Norton as well. Used to be too memory heavy but since 360 I love it.
As a side note, if you still use 360 you need to upgrade Norton security there are no updates anymore for 360.
I doubt theres more to it than funcom contacting Norton about this specific issue. And I wouldnt call Norton 360 shitty, as its quite good per today ;)
