The new Legendary Cloaks have a +5% movement buff, there are +10% vet boots, and even +4 & 5% legs in the game which if stacked should allow for +20% movement total.
Is there other gear which will increase this? If so please list.

there are some rings that gives speed modifer, 1 is for recruiting people to the game.. and theres 1 that you got from buying 12 year sub at a point.. you can also get it from the item shop :)
its not movement speed but ooc one - which means if you are in battle you wont get any use of it - tho i agree its hell of nice to have now - since ooc triggers about few max 5 seconds while not beign hit or hitting sb
Rogues also have passive 5% boost from AA.
So the legendary cloak +5% speed doesnt work in PvP? Makes the prot cloak less appealing then, since it gives less prot than Amra.
It works before and circa 4 seconds after being hit, chasing enemies, escaping enemies if you have no dot on you.Quote:
