Update Notes 4.6 hotfix - June 2nd, 2015

GENERAL

• Fixed an issue where only level 80s were able to use the fast travel system to zone to Coast of Ardashir and Gateway to Khitai.

QUESTS
Dead Man's Hand

• Fixed an issue where it may have been possible to not enter the boat while on the quest 'Mutiny in the Brotherhood'.

The Shadow of Vanaheim

• The Vanir War Horn buff is no longer removed when changing feat specs.
• Empty reset time for all zones has been changed to 20 seconds. This means the majority of the populations will respawn if you (and any team mates) leave a zone for over 20 seconds.
• Fixed an issue where the Aesir quest NPCs in Fort Storisbjorn may have not spawned.
• Clan Vigdis Effigies now provide 5000 faction points instead of 2500.
• It is now possible to buy Clan Vigdis Effigies from Grimhildr the Collector in Conarch Village. You must be faction rank 1 with Clan Vigdis and have at least 1 character with Rank 4 on your account in order to buy these effigies.
• After killing the Nightwatch Captain in Fort Storisbjorn only 1 person needs to loot a key to unlock the door to the Greathall. All other players will have their goals resolved when entering the Greathall if the main door has been unlocked.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Fixed an issue where certain buried treasure spots in Khitai could only be used while on the quest 'What should remain buried', these spots are now usable on the quest under all conditions and can be looted for the achievement with or without the quest.
