Blessed Warrior

Does anyone know how to get this achievement? At joharaoc.eu they say "A Meeting with Hwanung Meet with Hwanung and have a sacred weapon blessed. (talk to Hwanung after you got 11 sacred weapon)"
I have completed the quest, and I have the quest reward weapon equipped, but talking to Hwanung doens't update anything for me.
Is there a way to "get a weapon blessed"?

You have to do the 11 sacred weapons quests, then go talk to that schlub in Paikang

Speak to the chronicler of deeds dude npc.
