Dexterity and evade rating.

Is there anyone who knows the numbers? Example ===> 100 dexterity gives 50 evade rating. So 100 evade rating is a 1%? How does it work? Thanks in advance

37.5 points of Evade should give 1%.

Formula might be more complicated if you exceed 50%, but that shouldn't be possible anyhow.

Let's just say it's completely useless. Don't even bother increasing it, damage is the way to go, for everyone in this game.
