I still saw some crits for over 1,000 on 2 and 3 hit combos. To me this looked like what soldier dps should be at. You shouldn't have the highest health and mitigations in game and be 2 shotting people.

People have just gotten used to every class being a dps class.

I agree, S&S guard is the only balanced soldier class. It'll take a lot of frenzy and buffing/debuffing to kill anything... but that's actually fair considering the survivability you have.

for me, guard, just like barb and conq, are classes that u are expected to wep switch to be truly succesful

other than a kb and maybe that retaliation combo for the lolz tgheres not much to s&b, on the otehr hand guard is pretty much OP with his polearm

May be more important is changing stances then weapons.
