Update Notes 4.3 - July 17th, 2014

GENERAL

• All existing raid vendors now offer weapons and accessories for sale in exchange for their respective tokens.
• A new vendor has arrived in both reliquary locations! This vendor offers new unique mounts, social pets, and morph abilities in exchange for tokens from Tier 1 to Tier 3. This new vendor also offers an exchange for Simple Relic Is > Simple Relic IIs and Simple Relic IIs > Simple Relic IIIs.

CLASSES
Guardian

• The Stall the Advance ability can now only trigger reactive damage on the same player target once every second. It is unchanged in PvE.

Dark Templar

• All void of madness effects can now be removed and temporarily blocked by the rogue's Finely Honed ability.

Conqueror

• The battlefield commander perk now only increases weapon damage on disciplines by an additional 5% in defensive stance but increases hate gain by 3%, the benefits in frenzy stance are unchanged. On banners the increase is split between weapon damage and 2-handed weapon combat rating.
• Burst of aggression now applies fighting spirit for a few seconds. The knockback element of Burst of aggression now only triggers on players when fighting spirit is not running.
• Overcome the Odds has had a particle effect added to it.
• Overcome the Odds and Blessed Conquest now both force the conqueror into defensive stance for their duration.
• The Retaliation ability can now only trigger reactive damage on the same player target once every second. It is unchanged in PvE.

Tempest of Set

• Rousing Shock has been changed to an ability and can now be cast while stunned.

Bear Shaman

• Booming Roar is now an instant-cast spell.

Barbarian

• Paralysis now adds a Wrack instead of a Torment to give the Barbarian a broader range of debuffs to apply.

Ranger

• The Taking the Shot ability has been renamed Point Blank Shot, and now requires the target to be within 5m.

Herald of Xotli

• Undying Glory of Xotli now takes 0.5 seconds to cast (down from 3s) and lasts for 4 hours (up from 30 minutes). The 30 minute cooldown when using its self-resurrection property remains unchanged.
• Hell on Earth now ticks a stacking Elemental Torment as well as Physical Torment every 3 seconds to any enemy within 4m of it for its duration.

Necromancer

• The pre-requirement to spend 5 points in Unholy Fortitude to gain Deathly Resilience has been removed.
• The Flesh to Worms and Infestation DoTs have been reduced to a default 20 second duration.
• The Necrotic pustule feat now decreases the cast time of Flesh to Worms instead of the duration of the DoT.
• The icon on the infestation DoT has been updated so that the main carrier of the Flesh to Worms DoT can be more easily identified.

ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
General

• Immeasurable Empowerment now adds 20 to each of the four stats per rank, up to a total of 100 when fully feated.
• Field of War now adds 116 PvP Combat Rating and 20 Magic Damage per rank, up to a total of 580/100 when fully feated.
• Quick Steps now adds 16 PvP Immunity and 16 PvP Evade per rank, up to a total of 80/80 when fully feated.
• Precise Strikes now adds 30 PvP Hit, 120 Armor Penetration, and 25 Spell Penetration per rank, up to a total of 150/600/125 when fully feated.
