Cannot acess my account

Hello all,

Returning player trying to access my account but is saying

Log in failed
Are you sure you typed your password correctly?
Also, make sure your [CAPS LOCK]-key is not active.

Isn't my forum log in the same as my account log in? I haven't played this game in a few years

Also to note I'm no longer able to access the email account to this account. I canceled my comcast internet years ago.

Your forum-account isn't the same as your game-account, no. And you'll have to contact customer support, since that's the only place Funcom will give account-support.

And just in case you DO manage to come back; Welcome back ;)

LOL, I cant believe I remember my username. I got it all sorted out, thanks!
