No and no....
Guard's Guard Destroyer, Conq's Breach and BS's Rune of Aggression are physical Ruins, not Wracks (they are removed by Steadfast Faith and not by Resolve). They do not stack with each other : the timer is only reset on the most recent application.
(The physical wracks are applied by Conq's Feint, BS's manifestation of the forest (I think) and by Sin (grim corruption), ranger, and necro)
BTW Guard's guard Destroyer is 20s long while other ruins are 15s long. For better debuffing a conq shouldn't use breach while a Guard Destroyer still has over 15s left.
Conqs breach has 45sec CD. Use to be exploitable with an AA combo.
BS applies the ruin after casting rune of agression (45sec cd) and procs randomly while hitting.

this is what we're dealing with.. and people actually think he's credible. all you have to do is a single raid to notice this, i thought you were supposed to know something about the game judging by your stupid posts where you claim to know everything about guards and dts, but you didn't know this?
Anyway in a raid configuration where 24 players are on the same target there has to be some redundancy in debuffing.
Now you don't always have 2 conqs + 2 bears affected to the same target.
Also a brute conq should always prefer to let bears, S&B guards and carnie conqs apply the ruin before thinking about switching to do it, just because those classes will apply it anyway to get some other buff in the process (while breach does nothing special for brutes and thus is a waste of time if the Ruin is already on).
