Keep buffs are stacking up again... needs to be fixed

what would be a server merge without BK stats stacking, right? happened with EVERY single server merge so far and yet they didn´t learn from the past, this is just hilarious

I'll wait for someone else to confirm but apparently the BK stats aren't stacking anymore. At least we don't seem to have them anymore.
