On topic, I think everyone at FC is working on Exiles. No time for anything else. I can understand that as the release is getting close. I just hope we get at least one dev after Exiles launches.

Which is why they hired several people in December. Those people are in Durham with the MMO team led by Tilty, while Exiles is developed by another team led by Nusquam in Oslo.

For Honor may have regional (activation) lock though and thus lose much of its popularity. This basically means that people will be unable to play the game, will not be able to obtain nonlocalized versions, or be separated into small communities. None of this is good for population in the long run.
