I agree. Just saying that it is a problem when costumers are loosing virtual items they payed real money (in this case via FC points) for, generally speaking. Regardless of the reason why anyone bought them, or if it was wise to buy them in the first place, it is just not a lucky situation when this happens. But as many said befor in this thread: We all know that this can happen at any time, and we all agree to that by literally playing the game.
Odons advice is the way to go in those rare cases where 1. someones cares enough to contact the support and makes a case, or 2. something really goes wrong and items get lost.
It's just hilarious , just checking fury and literally every new face I see has at least 1 T3 craft.
