Halloween Quest Too Hard?

Seems a lot of players are complaining the quest is too hard to complete.

It does seem tough on certain toons, but will newer players have too much trouble completing it?

It's not bad at all. I've done it in full pvp gear on multiple tools with zero problem. I'd rather have it be difficult then **** easy

you have to use the urn in order to delete the green buf

First event that actually challenges you instead of giving "on rails" experience coupled with trash mobs. I am very pleased with it.

What is the point of removing the green buff and getting the red one instead?

Green is active (-150% mitigation)
Red is dormant (temp. normal mitigation)
So unless you're a soldier, some parts are quite tricky if you don't manage enough your urns
