A lot of what is being said is not directed at me, or is nothing I can help out with.
That said, Sezmra and I are working on some things for this community. We can't talk about them yet because they are not official. Believe me, as soon as we can announce things- we will.

Yes, there is something in particular I would like to see.
I would like to see you and Sezmra be a real communication channel, our real connection to the devs and staff of FC. Where information is handed over from us to FC - and from FC to us. There is not much information that really reaches us, and we don't know which or how much is going to FC.
Something like "Your Voice 2.0" would be great, or another way to use the suggestion thread or bug reports. Like a poll for the 3 most disturbing bugs or best suggestions, which will be reportet to the devs. Or just more feedback to our feedback there. That does not mean they have to fix them, just so they know what it feels to play the game, and we know that they know about them, and perhaps if they fix them or why they will not.
There was a discussion in one of the calls for the monthly GD letters, where it was stated that this letter is not only for the players, but a "formal" way to inform about the status of the game. More playerbase relatet issues should be handled by another type of "not that official" channels, and I think it is a great opportunity for CM to create a new way of communication.

For myself, I would like to see acknowledgment on some of the outstanding issues. Nothing major or even a timeframe, just something like "We are aware that the Renown system is broken, The Dev team is looking at fixing or replacing it" Or "The dev team is aware that quest ??? is not working. It is on their to do list".
Many times we see multiple posts or threads about the same issues, but no formal acknowledgment that anyone at Funcom is looking at it.

Example:
Why was the anniversary subscription offer made at the end of March and beginning of April, and not during the month of May? I waited for the official 'anniversary sub offer' and found out after it was too late (the april offer ended 4/8) that there was no May offer.
The above is not an ingame issue, its a marketing/funcom issue so it can't be resolved in game or by discussion on test server forums.
