AA from/for pve t5 should be useful in pve only
Combos should last same long as pvp combos, just different visuals - giving better combos from raid or from pvp progress will just increase a gap between players again. they can also give new fatality animations, tatoos, pets, hairstyles vanity clothes, mounts weapon skins etc but nothing what will increase gap pvp wise

Either way, you will need to get those AA's to complete T5 content. It's not clear either way if you can aquire those AA's through parts of T5, new revamped 6 mans, or however. It's not clear if those AA's are pve, fight oriented only or useful outside that purpose. The only thing that is clear is you need to pve to get them.
What is clear though is that they already stated t4 pvp gear will use the same item budget as t3 pvp gear, but they did not make that disclaimer concerning t5 pve gear. T4 pve gear offers critical damage in the 70s and critical rating in the 60s. I cannot see gear going above that, 30%+ base critical rating for everyone in t5 gear? It's absurd if they increase the budget over t4 for t5 pve. And if they just slightly increase soldier protection on t5 armor it will be better than the current version of t3 pvp armor with insane dps stats. Anyone can see the potential problem here...

i hope funcom update first pvp T4 , and with new pve T5 equal set pvp T5 , for AA and combo i hope its possible take for who play only pvp!
if funcom no do it are totaly crazy!
i really don't understend where is the problem.
Funcom said that they will release unchained minis -so me as pvper i will join those minis cause all players will have same equip and we will see skills and game play style.
from the other hand if players want to join open minis to compair their skills against t5 or t15 is no something bad.i have see many times blue players in the past kill top epick players who wasnt have the knowledge yet for their classes.
so funcom does great job and lets be all a little generous and lets help them succeed.
But they must release t5 same time they release unchained minis this is the fair timing for both pve and pvp players.

The point is if once again pve players can progress faster then pvp players it will cause major balance issues.
For exemple if a player does not pvp every day and does raids that give him new combos and AAs then goes against pure pvp players who don't have the new stuff it makes it unfair.
Trust me if it happens I will no go grind 10 years in a raid dungeon.
Can you imagine the cries of all the pvers if new AAs and combos were only attainable through pvp? This is the point that is trying to be made. I'm sure most here in this thread could give a crap about the gear, though t4 should be available around the same time to keep competitive with the gap that would be made by t5.
