PVP-minigames.
Boost pvp-exp gained in minigames according to your role(not just win/lose rate.
For example
- tank - taken damage x pvp exp, taken and put flags x exp.
- rogues and mages - damage done x exp
- heals - healing done - x exp.
More exp for kills, take system from shooters like UT - so implement chain kills, double kill, and etc. More exp for stolen flags(not about 50 as we have now).
Maybe remove cooldown from minigame quests.

this is about raids
i don't understand why let people with blue gear to get into t4 MC farmings. what i mean is, why can they enter there? and why did you nerfed the requirements to enter to t3? and even to w3 had some requirements.
they should be back, so people has to unlock them to actually play them.
its ******** when you see people with t4/t3 and they don't even know how to play their class.

Graphics.
High-res client. In earlier version of game client (pre-dreamworld) DX 10 version has ver 4 shaders(with more resolution then ver 3) and higher res textures with bore aggresive bump mapping. If Funcom still has this textures maybe you can implement it into DX10 version creating some HD patch. It will bring more ppl to the game, still ppl with weak machines can play dx9.
Now dx10 and dx9 versions doesnt seems to have much difference.

Volumetric lights, 3d sky, dynamic shadows and high res textures - this is the features from old dx 10 client.

[Misc] Do something about the dragon spine instances. Great place, but no people. A group was looking for a healer for 50 min today. :/

[PVE] Remove epic rewards from World Bosses so that people are interested in joining raids and instances (after the New Year, any instance (levelling or not) or raid can take up to 50 minutes to find group for. People prefer to wait for world bosses and get easy loot).
- Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
- remove membership bonuses;
- disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
- remove WBs forever on Crom;
- slow down the AA gain;
- lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
- remove AoE looting;
- add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
- fix the 250+ms ping;
- take the key away from Saddur;
- revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
- remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.

[Items] Change the armor value of [Wolf's Legguards of the Grasslands] from 1339 to 1337.
The reason this would be a good change is that it looks much cooler, and is a reference to "leet". I believe this change would be insignificant in terms of power, but you could always just add one point of strength to compensate.

[misc] get rid of aa's. grandfather in equivalent lvl 5 aa bonuses as standard, keep perks and develop, raise lvl cap to 85/90 to allow game progression and release new content. no development = no players
