bot in a free web host?

I doubt it! Free web hosting comes without php capability, usually, and that's what is needed for the bot to run.

You could try this tutorial for deploying php to heroku

While heroku starter plan is free, response times are so-so and with heavy load you should expect even less. There are incremental upgrades though

You have to remember you're probably needing MySQL database as well. Not sure if BeBot supports some kind of embedded db like sqlite.
