Call me crazy, but I think this sort of thing might be worthwhile a Funcom rep commenting on here.
I realise if there was serious repercussions for Age of Conan they'd probably lie about it until the last minute, but hey, I'd still like to hear from them. You know, paying customer and stuff.
They can't say as they wont know what may happen in the future.
If FC are found not guilty then no real issue.
If FC are found guilty then people who lost out buying shares could then sue the company.

Yesterday Økokrim (the Norwegian National Authority
for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and
Environmental Crime) collected documentation from the
Funcom Oslo office, in full cooperation with the
Companys employees and management.
The current management and key employees are
cooperating with Økokrim to make sure all facts are
available.
The incidents being looked at pertain to activities
conducted by Funcom N.V. from August 2011 until the
launch of The Secret World in July 2012 and the two
months following the launch.
The management will continue to cooperate with Økokrim
and provide them with information as needed.
Production and development of all games are continuing
as usual following a short disruption yesterday.
The Company will continue to update the market with
news when available.
