Yeah. Rome 2 was a very big disappointment. So large that in fact I didn't even try it after seeing a couple of "Let's play" and reviews. It just went so far in simplification/casualisation that it's basically not a total war game anymore.
Here's to hope that they'll pull Total Warhammer like the IP deserves it. As a big, successful blockbuster.

Even though the OP is banned.. I just wanted to add that the "founders edition" has been released for $40. There are other editions that cost up to $450 if you're a diehard Warhammer 40k fan.
Looking at some of the new pre-alpha footage, it looks a lot like warhammer 40k spacemarine.
