    Just eliminate the zones all together. Move the 6-man instances to the PvP zones (border kingdoms) and whatever few quests there as well. Populate the PvP zones with the same mobs.

    Doing this will keep all the content to 3 zones rather than 6 and provide people with PvP opportunities. The Border Kingdom zones should be dangerous.

    Also, add something like the Tower System to Poitain, it fits the lore of that area. Perhaps do something similar in Border to Kush, but with Idols.

    Player housing:

    -upper-crust players could buy/build/find npcs/monsters/magic-items to defend their own and guildies housing

    -capturing and holding a guild city could let players pillage other's housing - for gold, loosing items could suck - unless it was a really coveted item and you could counter-attack their city to get it back.
    ...using thievery somehow would also be very Conan-esque

    -players could repair/improve their houses using materials in-zone

    -varying house ranks each rank could have more room for perks/bling

    Cimmerian End:

    -pvp-safe areas without having to change zones would be nice.. Its too much of a hastle to go to CE now - having to change zones.. before changing zones to where you want to go.

    -make CE make some kind of sense!! join a faction before entering zone maybe? the incentive to do CE is just not worth how monotonous it is.

    Guild City:

    -'bounty' board: other guildies could place a bounty on a particular item or player (by name)

    1) guild player housing - one clickable door on a crafted by architect building/s that zones your character/party to your room

    2) zaara oasis/ymir ravine/frost swamp - should get a revamped loot table - evetually add an unchained version with random epic loot

    3) resources veins should spawn randomly when digged to 0%

    4) add random blue/epic drop gear from the group boss encounters (like the unique only-green darfari set in purple lotus swamps)

    5) add repeatable quests to the cities needing to deliver resourcers to the craft teachers for guild renown

    6) add more artistry points for getting a rare resource

    7) add repatable group quests (20 hours cooldown) which reward would be guild renown only for beating few waves of group darfari mobs at the altars/huts etc

    8) guild city invaded by random generated waves of normal/group mobs/bosses. A message should appear to guild leader that enemy has been spoted, taking the quest from the watchman in the city would start the mini-event, if ignored nothing happens.
    Succeded defence would be rewarded in renown points/building resourcers

    Open up the zones to third party developers to create custom mods/scenarios

    the mere thought of having a pve boss grant any pvp bonuses is an abomination.

    if a raid boss spawns granting exclusively pve bonus in pvp enabled environment its all good.

    There have been quite a few suggestions that are pretty good before.

    I personally feel these below are some of the best:

    -Open world PVP
    -PVE Sieges
    -player owned housing
    -randomized events
    -npc armies, not just bosses (personally my favorite)

    I'd make the zones Open PVP zones but with something in there valueble enough to make pve people go there.

    Im not sure which it is but it has to be a way to make the pvp intereseting for players like me.(Im a pve player)

    Crazy idea (just an exemple) put a chest or an altar in the center of each one of this zones that gives 50S to each memeber of a raid who can own the chest during an hour and steal 10S to all others chars of lvl 80 who has been online at the same time.
    I dont know exaclty how it would work you have to think ways to avoid people exploit the zones but Im sure in the peak hours it would be always people figthing.

    You have to put a penalty little enought to avoid people whineing but big enought to make us hate the raid in the zone stop questing and go to try kill them.^^

    World boss zones?
    Other than that keep them the same no need to change them. There's plenty to explore.

    Default Mass server guild pvp

    MASS GUILD PVP AREAS and Player PVP EVENTS All guilds are able to fight in certain events and get alot of loot and games like capture the skull will be guild wide ... 100 or maybe 200 players fighting in this area in the times of events and destroying other guilds totems .. this game isn't meant for pvp or happy grinding this game is a pure pvp game and in times where there is no events it becomes an area of pvp events for players with events like who gets the most kills and everyone will be able to kill other people even from his guild ...
