Are there any plans to combine the Euro and American Servers? Game seems a bit empty.
Are there more people on the Euro side? Can I log into a European Server? If so how? Can I use my characters?

The servers from US and EU are not connected so you need to have a separate account for each server to play with the folks there (IE US account to play with US and EU account to play with EU). You cannot transfer characters from one server to the other.
As for plans to change this, all the talk over the years is that it's not possible. Joel did mention there will be server merge talk in his upcoming GD letter, that should be coming out this week assuming it's not held up in approval.Arishanya ~ Head Moderator
