Level 20 - 25 PvP Minis
When AoC was more popular a few years ago we had a hell of a time running minis in the 20-39 level bracket allowing only levels 20-25. In between Minis are duels, group fights and free-for-alls in one of the pvp zones of tortage.
This is a great way to increase you PvP level before making the plunge to max out your character.
Why not do level 19 Minis like everyone else?
Two reasons:
1.Generally speaking, randoms queuing for 19 minis are brand new players with zero experience. It sucks for everyone when skill levels are widely disproportionate. This fixes that by giving them an opportunity to actively duel/pvp in between our organised minis.
2. And most importantly, most classes get their more useful combos and abilities after level 20. This makes pvp more diverse. (Minis used to be 21-40, 41-60 back in the day so feats actually made sense but that's a different story for another day).

20+ is when everyone has storebought gear. So in the end it really doesn't matter if you're on a 19 farming level 6's or on a 25 in full decked up blues/epics slaughtering 20's in tortage gear.

LMAO its not even half the gap it is between pvp10 vets with AAs vs the noob with no AAs or gear. Just lol man....
