I dont know if this is worth a sticky, but those wrists drop in either catacombs or tarantia main systems(aka frenshwater system aka sewers), dont remember exactly what boss but it was one of the noble district group dungeons.

This is the one piece of gear (Sancha's sandals, in Tortage) I would like to have for vanity I have not seen drop anywhere - does anyone know if it is available

1. Crafted item I think. Blue Iron Helm?

2. Definitely crafted: Silverlink Breastplate, medium armor.

Silverlink breastplate, yes. Also, a version of the chest drops in Crow's Nest

I have that complete set including wrists BUT you're not going to like the answer I give you on wheres to find it...
