Some players report that they have not received any confirmation message when sending a petition in-game. As a matter of fact the petition tool should automatically send an acknowledgement when a petition is sent. But even without such a confirmation, the petitions have still reached our customer support and will be worked on as soon as possible.

We are aware of the issue and are working to correct the problem so petitions will always be answered with a proper acknowledgement message.

By using the command /petition status you can find out the current status of your petitions. This also works if you have not received a confirmation when initially sending the petition.
